Our collective prayer: "God, open my eyes, connect my heart, help me, use me. In Jesus' name. Amen."
This week's specific prayer: "God, open my eyes to see that you love me more than I know and that you are doing more than I can see.”
Today’s prayer: “Heavenly Father, who has filled the world with beauty: Open our eyes to behold your gracious hand in all your works; that, rejoicing in your whole creation, we may learn to ser You with gladness; for the sake of Him through whom all things were made, Your Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.”
The Apostles' Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty,
creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit
and born of the virgin Mary.
He suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended to the dead.
On the third day he rose again.
He ascended into heaven,
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Church universal,
the communion of the saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
